Findi money financial mobile app for savings with funds goalkeeper feature.

Metrics and Impact.

North Star Metric: Designing the MVP logic of the Goalkeeper feature and the structure of the design system from scratch.

Key Performance Metrics:

User Flows & Scenarios: Designed three key flows: creating target wallets, connecting the responsible tracker, and the withdrawal request scenario (including edge cases).

Design System (Foundation): Structured the UI kit, configured basic tokens (colors, typography), and created a component library for quickly assembling future screens.

Time to Market (Velocity for Development): Prepared interactive prototypes and detailed specifications, allowing the development team to immediately begin sprints without unnecessary calls.

Proxy Metric (Expected UX Effect): Minimized drop-off scenarios when sharing a wallet by using an intuitive step of sending an invite to the custodian.
